• go to Online Claims at BlueLink Services
• complete the simple one-page form
• attach electronic files of receipts (including scan or photo), and submit

Your submission will be confirmed on screen, and a follow up to the contact email address will confirm that we received the claim.

Options to submit a claim

You may continue to use existing methods to submit claims:

• mail a completed paper claim form or drop it at one of our offices
• the provider submits the claim electronically (whenever available)
